Inspired by early springtime’s frigid streams, Strøm is worked in the round from the bottom up, with fun, simple cables along the way, then finished with an adorable pompom!

Hat is sized for babies (approximately ages 6 mos - 18 mos), small children (ages 2-6), and adults.
Two skeins of yarn will be plenty for this project. You will need circular needles, double-pointed needles for crown shaping, a cable hook, a couple of stitch markers, and a tapestry needle.
